The Breeders guarantees as follows:
1. To be in good physical condition for the first 72 hours after time of delivery. A Certificate of Health will be issued by the Breeder’s Veterinarian before delivery of the puppy. The Purchaser is required to have the animal examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery of the animal for a complete physical. CGK must be informed immediately of this examination and any negative results. If a veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable quality. The seller will instruct and reserve the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller. If the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery time, the above guarantees are no longer in effect. All of our dogs go through a total health physical performed by our veterinarian just before each breeding takes place and the dogs are only bred if both are found to be 100% healthy.
2. The puppy will be immunized by the Breeder for common canine diseases as appropriate for the age of the animal. The pup is up to date on all vaccines and worming. Vaccination records will be provided. The purchaser is responsible for all subsequent vaccinations. Failure to properly vaccinate the animal will render this contract void. Proof of vaccination may be required by the Breeder.
3. In the event that the animal is dies, the Breeder requires that a complete autopsy be performed to ascertain the cause of death and documentation be forwarded to the Breeder’s veterinarian. Before euthanasia is administered, CGK must be consulted or this contract is void.
4. Lifetime Guarantee Against Dysplasia – If, at any time during the life of a CGK bulldog, he/she is found crippled from dysplasia, return him/her to the kennel, along with the ABBA papers and we will replace the dog at no charge. This guarantee only applies to dogs that were X-rayed by the age of two years either OFA or PennHip. If there is any evidence of trauma or injury this contract is void.
5. Lifetime Parvo Virus Guarantee – If your CGK Alapaha, dies from Parvo virus, return the ABBA papers along with laboratory verification and we will replace him/her at no charge, as long as the vaccination papers are up to date.
6. It is the Buyer’s responsibility the puppy has been raised and socialized to maximize the potential of the temperament, to the best of the breeder’s ability. The buyer understands and agrees that further instruction, obedience classes, and efforts must be made to ensure the continued development of proper behavior.
7. Each puppy is registered through the Alapaha Blue Blooded Bulldog Association (ABBA). CGK guarantees to register your puppy, and send you the paperwork after it is received.

The Buyer agrees to the following:
1. To send a non-refundable minimum deposit of $500.00 (deposits and payments in cash or PayPal preferred). Once you have picked your pup and decide that for any reason you are unable to keep the pup from that particular litter, you forfeit your deposit. If you send an open deposit (an open deposit that has been sent but no pup has been picked yet) and you can’t get or don’t want one from that litter then your deposit can go to the next litter. The remainder of the payment must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to shipping or by cash only on the day the pup is picked up.
2. If for any reason you are unable to keep your puppy or adult dog after you have purchased it, you may return him/her to us and we will place him/her in a new home. There is no “Refund” or “Fee” charged for this service.
3. The contract is valid only for the original buyer and dog, it is non-transferable.
4. The dog must not be put down or transferred unless first contacting the seller.
5. To provide lots of love, proper nutrition, routine veterinary care, and training to assure pups well rounded growth. As protection for our pups/adult dogs, if at any time , I the seller find that the dog is being abused or used in/for inhumane purposes, the seller reserves the right to reclaim the pup/adult dog at the buyer’s expense. No refund implied.
6. Seller can ship the pup at the buyer’s expense. The price of the pup will never include the shipping cost. Shipping will always be an extra expense to the buyer. The price for shipping usually varies from approximately $250.00 within the United States. Crate included. CGK will assist in making shipping arrangements.
7. All dogs produced or sold by Coach’s Gridiron Kennels will carry the “Gridiron” prefix before any other name on their registration. We also reserve the right to advertise pictures and/or video footage of any dog sold or bred by us.
